We can finally say our new offices are fully operational!

We welcome any visitors to come check us out. The new offices include a state of the art colour consultancy atrium, additional meeting rooms and a full training room for our staff.

The CCIA and HAPNZ Conferences were a great success. It was good to catch up with so many clients and show them our outstanding designs.

Another enthusiastic member has joined our team! Mark Tickle has come on board as a Design Consultant who will be keeping in touch with many of our NSW holiday Parks.

As a Design Consultant his role is to establish an understanding of the growth plans you have for your park so that we can work as a team for your success.

Mark brings fiery enthusiasm and a love for the industry to our dynamic team.

I am sure he will enjoy getting out and meeting our clients and working with them to find ways to create success and make hard decisions easy.

Our manufacturing staff are excited about being part of a new training initiative. We've called it our Value Plan. This training will not only give all our staff a Certificate IV in 'Competitive Manufacturing' but also:

- Improve value to our clients

- Promote consistent quality standards

- Improve workplace health and safety

- Streamline manufacturing procedures

We are pleased to have been chosen by Canberra Motor Village for providing nine new upmarket cabins for their park. They have embarked on an enthusiastic redevelopment at their park and plan to install a wide range of new cabins. Also under development is a new restaurant and event centre adjacent to the stunning new pool. Congratulations and welcome to the Uniplan family!

Stockton Beach Tourist Park

Join us in congratulating the Newcastle City Council on their recently completed 11 cabin development at the Stockton Beach Tourist Park. We are pleased to have been involved in this outstanding project.

We pass special compliments on the outstanding decor and interior design. The attention to detail on this project has created a truly class leading outcome.

This camp kitchen is sure to be a winner with spacious cooking facilities and outdoor eating area. The indoor houses two full kitchens along with two BBQ's....

Did you know that at the Louvre Museum in Paris, which houses the Mona Lisa (also known as the La Gioconda), has a stock of about 385,000 artworks with 35,000 on display at any one time?

What is important with a three bedroom design is to think about the extra people you are planning to accommodate. You need to allow for sufficient functionality in the way of practical bathrooms, dining and other spaces.

The Fargo has a pretty clever main bathroom set up to allow for multiple users at one with a separate WC, vanity area and shower.

The recently completed buildings for the Mawley Memorial Park in Masterton NZ are being used for the first time this weekend. Congratulations to the Masterton District Council for their purchase.

Our team undertook the design, construct and installation of two duplex cabins along with a stunning ablution and laundry block.
